Tuto - How to customize my isipi product with PDF text fields

Requirements
- An isipi product with PDF text fields
- A computer
- Google Chrome
- It is possible to edit PDF text fields with a tablet. However, these do not necessarily support the font characters used in the product. To do this you will have to go through installing a third-party app or accepting slight visual differences with the original product.
- You can use a PDF editor other than Google Chrome such as Adobe Reader for example. In this case I cannot guarantee that the fonts of characters used will be preserved. Like on a tablet you have the possibility to install the font directly on your computer to avoid any problems.
- Download your product, unzip it and choose the file you
want to modify. The files are most often divided by finishes,
formats and colors.
- Open it in Google Chrome or your software/app of choice.
Editable fields are marked, most often in blue, to help you
identify them. If you use software other than Google
Chrome or Adobe Reader, these may be hidden. It will therefore be necessary
check in your settings and uncheck or check the PDF Form box.
- Click in the text field you want to edit and type your
content. Tip: if you need to fill in a lot of fields it can
be a bit long and tedious to have to click each time to save
time press the SHIFT key on your keyboard. You will go directly
to the next field. Special case: for certain products you will have
linked text fields. That is to say that they will all have the same value for
faster filling. You will only have to complete one
field so that all others are modified. Practical, isn’t it?
- Once your changes are complete, all you have to do is print your file for paper use or export it to PDF for digital use.
- If you want to reuse your file with the same elements save it (CTRL+S). Otherwise close without saving.
