They will allow you, for example, to track your weight, your sleeping time, the amount of water you drink, your eating habits or even your health problems and medicine intake.

Infinitely printable, so you can reuse the same product for many years.

Don’t need all the pages? No problem, just select the ones you want when printing. Don’t want to or can’t print? Documents can be annotated on tablet and computer.

Even if your language is not proposed or the titles do not suit you, you will be able, thanks to the editable files, to personalize different text areas directly from your PDF reader. If you don’t have one, you can modify the file by opening it in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome (to keep the same fonts).

No technical skills required, it’s very simple, just open the file, click on the blue areas and type your text! (Small trick, use the TAB key to move from one area to another quickly) Want to write yourself? No worries, just leave the editable fields blank and print.

The pack is composed as follows:

• 3 pages of complete monthly trackers (with curves and gauges)
• 4 pages of monthly trackers (time spans of 10, 12 and 24 hours)
• 5 circular trackers (color, tick gauge)
• 4 pages with your month at a glance (planner, calendar, diary, meals, gauges…)

In all this represents for each color:

• 20 pages in A4 format
• 20 US Letter size pages

To place your order:

• Add the product to your basket and proceed to payment
• You can then retrieve it in your account in the “Purchases” category
• Once the download is complete, you can directly print the pages you want with your PDF reader. So remember to check what you need so as not to print everything for nothing. To do this, do not check “All pages” in your PDF reader but “Selection” or “Pages” and type the number of the desired pages.
• If you wish to use editable files, you can directly type the desired text in the areas provided for this purpose (materialized by a blue background or a dotted border which will not appear on the printout). Once you have made your changes, simply save a copy and print your work.

• As a reminder, this is a 100% digital document, so you must print your product yourself. You will not receive a physical product for this order.
• You may print this as many times as you wish, but are not allowed to resell it in any form. It is exclusively reserved for personal and non-profit use.
